The Viola II is a dynamic air cushion which offers continuous support and pressure relief for patients who want to sit in a chair but who are at very high risk of developing pressure ulcers. When combined with a dynamic alternating air mattress this cushion can aid in creating a round the clock preventative package for pressure relief.
These cushions are ideal cushion for someone at risk of developing pressure sores or ulcers. They can be used in a variety of situations, from home use to hospitals. They are available to hire on a long or short term basis, giving you real flexibility over how you choose to hire.

A compact and lightweight power unit features clear and simple controls that allow you to easily set up and operate the Viola II to suit the individual’s comfort and clinical requirements. The manual pressure adjustment allows for the system to be set-up for optimal performance ensuring the patient is comfortable at all times.
Alongside the alternating cycle which allows the cushion to mould to the patient’s shape providing excellent pressure redistribution. Its hanging brackets also mean the power unit can be safely attached to a range of chairs.

The Viola II has an integral foam base and front support to deliver additional support and security for the patient when using the cushion. Its stretchy, waterproof, vapour permeable PU cover with integral covered air pipe and enclosed zip maintain high infection control standards and improves patient comfort. It also maintains the skin’s integrity by reducing the shear and friction forces applied upon it.

For fleet purchase products we offer a three-month warranty. Powered products come with new batteries.

Courier Delivery
When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for. Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234. Courier delivery procedure is detailed below.
Courier Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries. The office will ring you the day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.
Courier items ordered before 3pm will be available for next working day delivery. Your item(s) will arrive in a custom-made box, which must be kept in order for the equipment to be returned to us.
What to Do When Your Delivery Arrives
After your delivery has been made you will simply need to:
- Remove the packaging (remember to keep this)
- Remove your equipment
- Put your mobility equipment together, if needed, using the instructions provided
- Your equipment is now ready to use
- If anything is unclear, please give one of our team a call on 0800 111 6234 and they will be happy to walk you through the process
You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us:
- Dismantle the equipment
- Place it back in its packaging
- A driver will arrive to collect the equipment from you and return it to us
Ending Your Rental
You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone or filling in our contact us form. The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection. Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the day before collection.
If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.
Collecting In-Store
If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you. Please note: if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:
Passport
Driving Licence
A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
Utility Bills
Bank Statements
Brochure
