1st payment is due prior to delivery and covers 3 months rental. Ongoing monthly rental payments will then begin 1 month from the date of delivery and then monthly thereafter. If preferable payments can be done 4 weekly rather than calendar monthly.
All long term rental costs are plus delivery & collection.
(Contract is for a minimum of 6 months with 1 months’ notice of cancellation required to end the long term rental).

The FloorBed Low Bariatric Hospital Bed features a profiling design with an ultra-low platform height of just 11cm.
This low height minimizes fall injuries and reduces the need for side rails, making it ideal for patients with dementia.
In addition to the low height, it can rise to a full nursing height of 73.5cm, allowing carers and nursing staff to attend to patients without strain.
Wider Mattress For More Space
The rental HD Floorbed enhances mobility and independence for larger users.
Its wider mattress platform measures 120 cm and supports up to 215 kg. The extra width accommodates plus-size users and offers additional space for easier turning.
This mattress is made for people who spend long periods in bed and are at risk of pressure sores. It has a firm base and soft foam that spreads pressure away from bony or sore areas. This helps to keep the user more comfortable for longer.
The waterproof, two way stretch breathable cover cuts down on rubbing and lets moisture escape. This helps keep skin healthy and supports infection control. It wipes clean easily for simple daily care.
Electric Profiling FloorBed Hospital Bariatric Bed
This Solo wide floorbed offers electrically operated functions typical of a fully profiling nursing bed. Its profiling functions include a backrest with auto-regression, knee break, and anti-Trendelenburg, allowing self-positioning.
The bed’s auto-regression technology prevents stomach compression, ensuring safety and comfort.
For taller users, the floorbed includes an integrated extension that adds 20 cm to the mattress platform when needed.

Let us take away the stress and strain with our complete delivery and installation service. Our own deliver drivers will bring in and set up your rental equipment for you & show you how it all operates.
When you are finished with your rental equipment simply give us a call and we will come and take it all away for you again.

Important Information
We are very happy to provide you with product information and specifications over the telephone or via email but unfortunately, we are unable to make any product recommendations for you. This is because we do not know your individual circumstances or your health requirements.
When placing an order, this confirms that you have read and accept these delivery terms and conditions. Please note that at the end of the short term hire, the hire will only conclude 2 working days following notice, allowing us time to collect.
NB. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hired product will fit through all access doorways and entrance points, to be able to complete a successful delivery or collection. Any re-delivery or re-collection attempts that need to be made in the case where a hired product does not fit through doorways or access points will be chargable to the hirer. Product dimensions and specifications are provided on the website, if you require any additional measurements to ensure successful delivery or collection it is the responsibility of the hirer to contact Mobility Hire and get these measurements.
If a valid VAT Disclaimer is not submitted within 7 days after commencement of the booking, then the VAT will be collected. If a valid VAT Disclaimer is then submitted and a VAT refund authorised, then a £5.00 administration charge will be made to cover time and costs for refunding the VAT
Please note that on the long term rental pricing the first payment is always plus delivery and collection (Please see button ‘Delivery Costs’ above to work out this cost or call the office for a quote).
NEW PRODUCT – A NEW product is just that, brand new and you will be the first user.
FLEET PRODUCT – Carefully prepared this product will have been used, but as we have to service, insure, and repair, then you can benefit from a lesser hire cost. Go for fleet and if you are not happy with the product when it arrives, you can change your rental to a NEW one
TRAVELLING ABROAD: Please note if you are taking any of our hire equipment outside of the country, please be aware that while we are here and very happy to provide you with full telephone or email support, we are unable to provide engineer visits or provision of parts until you are back in the UK.
Engineered Delivery
When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for. Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234. Our delivery procedure is detailed below.
Our Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries. The office will ring you the working day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.
Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.
You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us give us a call to book this in.
One of our drivers will arrive on the pre-arranged day to collect the equipment from you and return it back to us.
Ending Your Rental
You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone on 0800 111 6234 or filling in our contact us form. The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection. Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the working day before collection.
If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.
Collecting In-Store
If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you. Please note: if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:

Driving Licence
A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
Utility Bills
Bank Statements
