Dynamic Turning Mattress: Optimal Comfort for Any Care Environment
The Heritage Dynamic Turning Pressure Care Mattress delivers superior therapy for preventing and treating pressure ulcers in any care setting. It features 8” cells and offers dual therapy modes: Static, Turning, and Dynamic. To ensure stability and support, specific static zones, such as the static head cells and lower leg zone, are integrated into the mattress design.
By combining a high-risk dynamic mattress with a 30° lateral turn function, the Heritage Dynamic Turning Mattress enhances patient care. Manual turning of patients can be intrusive and often disturbs sleep. However, the Heritage Mattress’s left, right, or full turns, up to 30°, minimize this issue.
This feature supports both manual and automated turning, making patient care simpler and more comfortable. With the turn assist feature, single-handed care becomes effortless. As a result, the need for a second caregiver is significantly reduced.
Auto-Detection Features
The mattress’s auto-detection feature automatically adjusts pressure based on the patient’s weight and position. This ensures the patient remains at optimal comfort throughout use. It supports a maximum weight of 40 stone, making it suitable for larger or heavier individuals.
Reduced Skin Heat and Moisture
Heat and moisture build-up, common issues in air mattresses, are greatly minimised thanks to the low air loss (LAL) system. Alternating air releases up to 100 litres of air beneath the cover after each cycle, ventilating and cooling the skin for better climate control.
