Please note: when hiring a mobility scooter, powerchair or powerpack we will ask for two forms of ID for the person paying for the equipment. This is so that we are able to verify your payment quickly and without hassle, allowing you to make the most of your rental period.
We will require these prior to delivery. You can scan and send these to us at [email protected] or upload your documents in the form below. If you don’t submit ID, we will contact you to request you do so. If we have not received your identification by your requested delivery date, there may be a delay in processing and despatching your item(s).
The following forms of ID are acceptable:
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- DWP Letter
- Council Tax Bill
- Bank Statement
- Utility Bill
Bank statements, council tax bills and utility bills must be dated within the last three months.
