This for-hire mobile gantry patient hoist is an ideal lifting solution for those who need an immediate or temporary hoisting solution. It can be quickly, easily and simply fitted ready for use and then removed again once finished with. The height of this gantry hoist can be adjusted in seconds, without the need for tools, thanks to its gas springs. Providing immediate use of the lifting equipment for both the carer and the user. Coupled with the telescopic track, which offers flexibility of length, giving enough lifting height to provide a solution that suits most transfer situations and care rooms.
Impressive lifting capacity
The rental gantry hoist comes with an impressive lifting capacity of 275kg (43.3st), making it suitable for larger or heavier users. One of the many benefits of a mobile gantry hoist is that it doesn’t require fixing to a wall, meaning you don’t have to worry about putting it up and taking it down with screws or making holes in the wall! This gantry also comes mounted on a wheeled base to make moving it from position to position much easier. The brakes on each castor have a step on pedal to activate so you can be assured of its safety.
Bariatric Mobile Gantry Hoist with safety at all times
This gantry system is fitted with the Ergolet Luna lifting module which offers excellent functionality and advanced features. The Luna lifting module and handset are IPx4 tested so it can be used in wet environments allowing safe transfers in a bathroom without the risk of lift failure should it inadvertently get showered with water. In addition to it having the standard powered emergency lowering fucntion on the hand control, this lifting unit also comes with a second manual lower function on the Luna itself. Giving you peace of mind at all times.

NB. We do not provide training on the use of a patient hoist, nor the application of a sling. A user manual is provided with the hoist but it is anticipated that you will already know how to operate a patient hoist. If you have not used a hoist before, or have any concerns regards hiring this equipment you should speak to your healthcare team first.
