1st payment is due prior to delivery and covers 3 months rental. Ongoing monthly rental payments will then begin 1 month from the date of delivery and then monthly thereafter. If preferable payments can be done 4 weekly rather than calendar monthly.

All long term rental costs are plus delivery & collection.

(Contract is for a minimum of 6 months with 1 months’ notice of cancellation required to end the long term rental).

Light enough to be taken anywhere with easy to adjust forwards and backwards drives.

The Excel Click & Go Lite wheelchair standard power pack can be fitted to a variety of wheelchairs with a seat width of 40-55cm. Providing easy speed alteration thanks to the operating handles and programmable microprocessor electronics.

Wheelchair Power Pack:  Maximum speed of 4mph.

A twelve-volt motor provides propulsion of up to 4mph, making the Excel Click & Go Lite an ideal powered add on to any manual wheelchair. Please note this is a powerpack and must be attached to a wheelchair.

Wheelchair Standard Power Pack: Three support levels.

Three support levels allow you to choose your speed. The Click & Go also provides you with power assistance and continuous drive when you need it most.

Heavy Duty with a travelling range of 10 miles.

Easily fitted or removed to a manual wheelchair, the Excel Click &  Go is easy to transport, fits to most standard wheelchairs with up to 20” seats and features a push and slide battery system, making battery charging even easier.

Variable speed dial allows for hand control.

Forward/reverse function as well as an illuminated battery gauge. Fingertip control allows you utmost power over your speed.  Capable of coping with most terrains, this heavy-duty model is powered by a 200 watt 24 volt motor.  It also has a weight capacity of 180kg.

For fleet purchase products we offer a three-month warranty.  Powered products come with new batteries.

For new purchase products we offer one years’ warranty.

Engineer Delivery

When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for.  Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234.  Our delivery procedure is detailed below.

Our Delivery Procedure

Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you.  We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.  The office will ring you the day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.

Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.

You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.

Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us:

  • A driver will arrive to collect the equipment from you and return it to us.

Ending Your Rental

You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone or filling in our contact us form.  The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection.  Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the day before collection.

If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.

If your item(s) is dispatched with one of our Mobility Hire drivers, our drivers will deliver the equipment and set it up where possible.  This is usually the case with larger pieces of hire equipment.

Collecting In-Store

If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.  Please note:  if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:

Passport

Driving Licence

A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions  

Utility Bills

Bank Statements

Important information

We are very happy to provide you with product information and specifications over the telephone or via email but unfortunately, we are unable to make any product recommendations for you. This is because we do not know your individual circumstances or your health requirements.

Wheelchairs are sent next day using an independent courier, orders placed before noon should be with you the following working day. Please read our terms of delivery and collection, placing an order confirms you have read and accept these delivery terms and conditions. Please note that at the end of the short term hire, the hire will only conclude 2 working days following notice, allowing us time to collect.

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST KEEP THE EQUIPMENT CLEAN OR COSTS FOR CLEANING WILL BE CHARGED

Do I need to pay a deposit? Look at our fully comprehensive insurance or deposit policy

NB. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hired product will fit through all access doorways and entrance points, to be able to complete a successful delivery or collection. Any re-delivery or re-collection attempts that need to be made in the case where a hired product does not fit through doorways or access points will be chargable to the hirer. Product dimensions and specifications are provided on the website, if you require any additional measurements to ensure successful delivery or collection it is the responsibility of the hirer to contact Mobility Hire and get these measurements.


If a valid VAT Disclaimer is not submitted within 7 days after commencement of the booking, then the VAT will be collected. If a valid VAT Disclaimer is then submitted and a VAT refund authorised, then a £5.00 administration charge will be made to cover time and costs for refunding the VAT


NEW PRODUCT – A NEW product is just that, brand new and you will be the first user.

FLEET PRODUCT – Carefully prepared this product will have been used, but as we have to service, insure, and repair, then you can benefit from a lesser hire cost. Go for fleet and if you are not happy with the product when it arrives, you can change your rental to a NEW one


TRAVELLING ABROAD: Please note if you are taking any of our hire equipment outside of the country, please be aware that while we are here and very happy to provide you with full telephone or email support, we are unable to provide engineer visits or provision of parts until you are back in the UK.
