The Sunrise Zippie Salsa M Powerchair provides great outdoor performance and excellent indoor manoeuvrability. Large wheels and powerful motors make climbing over outdoor obstacles and inclines easy. Inside, the ultra-compact base and low seat make access around the house and in and out of cars easy. With a maximum speed of 6mph they’ll be able to get wherever they’re going quickly. This electric wheelchair is available for long or short term hire, allowing you true freedom when choosing your hire period.

The Sunrise Zippie Salsa M can climb slopes of up to 8° and kerbs of up to 7.5cm, making it an excellent choice if your child enjoys getting out and about. The electric wheelchair has a maximum user weight capacity of 12 stone (75kg) so is suitable for larger children. Whether out and about or simply in the home, this electric wheelchair will keep up with the pace of your child. It’s a fantastic for-hire powerchair for children with a range of mobility needs.
Sunrise Zippie Salsa M: Mid-wheel drive with great suspension
The Zippie Salsa M powered wheelchair delivers the best indoor performance thanks to a turning circle of just 60cm. This means your child will be able to get in and out of tight or smaller spaces with ease. With powered options such as lift and tilt available you can rest assured will have a comfortable journey wherever they go in their electric wheelchair. A seat recline of up to 30° is also available. The Salsa M can be changed to fit your child’s needs as and when changes occur.
Fully adjustable
The Salsa M’s seating systems offers an in-built grown potential for seat height, depth and width. Armrest and footplates are also adjustable. This powerchair truly grows with your child. The backrest can also be adjusted depending on your child’s needs. A wide range of accessories are also offered, such as the swing-away and removable tray table.

For fleet purchase products we offer a three-month warranty. Powered products come with new batteries.

Engineered Delivery
When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for. Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234. Our delivery procedure is detailed below.
Our Engineered Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries. The office will ring you the working day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.
- Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.
- You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
- Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us give us a call to book this in.
- One of our drivers will arrive on the pre-arranged day to collect the equipment from you and return it back to us.
Ending Your Rental
You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone on 0800 111 6234 or filling in our contact us form. The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection. Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the working day before collection.
If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.
Collecting In-Store
If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.
Please note: if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:

Driving Licence
A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
Utility Bills
Bank Statements
