Paediatric Profiling Hospital Bed; Safe & Comfortable
The Paediatric Profiling Hospital Bed is designed for children aged 3 to 12 years. It provides a safe and comfortable environment while still retaining the electric functions of a hospital bed. In addition, it is suitable for children or shorter adults up to 145cm tall and weighing up to 135kg.
Fully Electrically Operated Functions
This bed features fully electric functions, including a backrest, knee break, and adjustable height. The height ranges from 300 to 770mm. You can easily operate all powered functions using the lockable handset. A handset box is included for safe storage when the handset is not in use.
Comes with a Standard Pressure Care Foam Mattress
This mattress is ideal for people who spend long periods in bed and need support to reduce the risk of pressure sores. Its firm base provides stability, while the soft foam cushions the body and redistributes pressure away from bony prominences and vulnerable areas. As a result, users can stay comfortable for longer periods and benefit from improved pressure relief throughout the day and night.
The waterproof, two way stretch breathable cover cuts down on rubbing and lets moisture escape. This helps keep skin healthy and supports infection control. It wipes clean easily for simple daily care.
Safety & Security
Safety is a priority with this rental paediatric profiling bed, and it has been designed with that in mind. For added security, the full-length side rails raise and lower easily, while the gaps between them are less than 65mm. In addition, the bed’s four braked castors make it simple to move when needed and secure firmly in place afterwards.
Finally, bed-to-chair transfers, as well as getting up and out of bed, are made easier by lowering the bed base to 300mm.

Engineered Delivery
When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for. Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234. Our delivery procedure is detailed below.
Our Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries. The office will ring you the day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.
Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.
You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us:
- A driver will arrive to collect the equipment from you and return it to us.
Ending Your Rental
You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone or filling in our contact us form. The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection. Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the day before collection.
If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.
If your item(s) is dispatched with one of our Mobility Hire drivers, our drivers will deliver the equipment and set it up where possible. This is usually the case with larger pieces of hire equipment.
Collecting In-Store
If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.
Please note: if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:

Driving Licence
A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
Utility Bills
Bank Statements
