1st payment is due prior to delivery and covers 3 months rental. Ongoing monthly rental payments will then begin 1 month from the date of delivery and then monthly thereafter. If preferable payments can be done 4 weekly rather than calendar monthly.

All long term rental costs are plus delivery & collection.

(Contract is for a minimum of 6 months with 1 months’ notice of cancellation required to end the long term rental).

This Patient Hoist 180kg Hire has been designed with a blend of new technologies to provide maximum comfort and security when lifting or transferring a patient. Whether that be from a bed, chair or even the floor this rental hoist offers a range of high-end features to enhance the patient and carer experience. Ideal for use in both domestic and residential care environments, this Invacare hoist can be easily folded and unfolded without the need for any tools meaning it takes up minimal space when being stored. Distinct Design For Manoeuvrability And Impressive Lifting Range

This lifting hoist offers an impressive ergonomic lift that allows the patient to be easily rotated through 360° and offers an impressive lifting range of 415-1660mm. This makes positioning and manoeuvring much easier for the carer using the hoist and reduces any anxiety for the client. The high curved lifting arm ensures maximised space for the client even when in its highest position.

The space in front of the actuator also reduces risk of injuries to legs and knees. This distinct design allows carers and patient to maintain eye contact throughout the transfer.

Patient Hoist 180kg Hire; Ergonomically Designed For Carers’ Ease

Securely attach slings with ease one handed thanks to the intuitive hook design. Its special ergonomic shape allows you to attach the sling from above or from below and the flexible outward pointing lip enables the sling to easily be detached again. The push bar has also been designed with ergonomics in mind to make handling and manoeuvring trouble free. Its increased depth of the handles allows for comfortable arm extension during transportation all designed with carers in mind.

A user manual is provided with the hoist but it is anticipated that you will already know how to operate a patient hoist. If you have not used a hoist before, or have any concerns regards hiring this equipment you should speak to your healthcare team first.

We are very happy to provide you with product information and specifications over the telephone or via email but unfortunately, we are unable to make any product recommendations for you. This is because we do not know your individual circumstances or your health requirements.

When placing an order, this confirms that you have read and accept these delivery terms and conditions. Please note that at the end of the short term hire, the hire will only conclude 2 working days following notice, allowing us time to collect.

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST KEEP THE EQUIPMENT CLEAN OR COSTS FOR CLEANING WILL BE CHARGED

NB. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hired product will fit through all access doorways and entrance points, to be able to complete a successful delivery or collection. Any re-delivery or re-collection attempts that need to be made in the case where a hired product does not fit through doorways or access points will be chargable to the hirer. Product dimensions and specifications are provided on the website, if you require any additional measurements to ensure successful delivery or collection it is the responsibility of the hirer to contact Mobility Hire and get these measurements.


If a valid VAT Disclaimer is not submitted within 7 days after commencement of the booking, then the VAT will be collected. If a valid VAT Disclaimer is then submitted and a VAT refund authorised, then a £5.00 administration charge will be made to cover time and costs for refunding the VAT


Please note that on the long term rental pricing the first payment is always plus delivery and collection (Please see button ‘Delivery Costs’ above to work out this cost or call the office for a quote).

NEW PRODUCT – A NEW product is just that, brand new and you will be the first user.

FLEET PRODUCT – Carefully prepared this product will have been used, but as we have to service, insure, and repair, then you can benefit from a lesser hire cost. Go for fleet and if you are not happy with the product when it arrives, you can change your rental to a NEW one


TRAVELLING ABROAD: Please note if you are taking any of our hire equipment outside of the country, please be aware that while we are here and very happy to provide you with full telephone or email support, we are unable to provide engineer visits or provision of parts until you are back in the UK.

Engineered Delivery

When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for.  Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234.  Our delivery procedure is detailed below.

Our Delivery Procedure

Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you.  We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.  The office will ring you the working day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.

  • Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.
  • You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
  • Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us give us a call to book this in.
  • One of our drivers will arrive on the pre-arranged day to collect the equipment from you and return it back to us.

Ending Your Rental

You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone on 0800 111 6234 or filling in our contact us form.  The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection.  Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the working day before collection.

If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.

Collecting In-Store

If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.
Please note:  if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:

A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions  

Utility Bills

Bank Statements
