1st payment is due prior to delivery and covers 3 months rental. Ongoing monthly rental payments will then begin 1 month from the date of delivery and then monthly thereafter. If preferable payments can be done 4 weekly rather than calendar monthly.

All long term rental costs are plus delivery & collection.

(Contract is for a minimum of 6 months with 1 months’ notice of cancellation required to end the long term rental).

The Sunrise Quickie Q100 R is an ultra-compact, everyday performance powerchair with precision measured true indoor/outdoor capabilities. Thanks to Sunrise’s innovative testing method called SMART technology this powerchair offers indoor agility without compromising on stability and performance for outdoor travel.

The Sunrise Q100 R is a powered wheelchair with an ultra-small footprint and  compact turning circle, making navigating tight spaces a breeze without sacrificing stability

The Q100 R powered wheelchair boasts an ultra-small footprint with a width of only 54cm and a length of just 101cm. These compact dimensions allow this chair to conveniently fit in and out of lifts and other small spaces without sacrificing the stability of the powerchair.

Add in a tiny turning circle of only 160cm and navigating even the tightest of spaces in your home, local café or shops is a breeze and without the need for complicated manoeuvres.

Never an up-hill struggle with the Sunrise Q100 R’s outdoor abilities; enjoy a safe and smooth ride with maximum traction, drive-wheel suspension and hill climbing capabilities of 6 degrees

If you want to pop out then the Q100 R’s capabilities are just as comfortable outdoors as they are indoors. Indoor/outdoor powerchairs traditionally don’t cope well with steep gradients but that’s not the case with the Q100 R. Thanks to precision testing it was determined that a base length of 101cm provides the best stability to prevent tipping and keep you safe, even when travelling up hills of 6 degrees.

The ideal seating position on this electric powerchair also provides maximum traction between the drive-wheel and the ground. Coupled with drive-wheel suspension you can now enjoy a safe, smooth and responsive ride you’d normally expect from a larger powerchair.  If you need to hire a powerchair or electric wheelchair, the Sunrise Q100R is a fantastic choice.

The Sunrise Q100 R is also powered by a set of punchy 55A/Hr batteries allowing you to experience a range of up to 31km (19 miles)* on a single charge. If you’d rather travel by tram, train or bus then the Q100 R is primed for public transport and thanks to its compact size and manoeuvrability getting on and off is a breeze.

If you’re travelling by car then it can be conveniently stored in the boot of the car or it is crash-tested for use as a seat whilst travelling.

We are very happy to provide you with product information and specifications over the telephone or via email but unfortunately, we are unable to make any product recommendations for you. This is because we do not know your individual circumstances or your health requirements.

When placing an order, this confirms that you have read and accept these delivery terms and conditions. Please note that at the end of the short term hire, the hire will only conclude 2 working days following notice, allowing us time to collect.

NB. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hired product will fit through all access doorways and entrance points, to be able to complete a successful delivery or collection. Any re-delivery or re-collection attempts that need to be made in the case where a hired product does not fit through doorways or access points will be chargable to the hirer. Product dimensions and specifications are provided on the website, if you require any additional measurements to ensure successful delivery or collection it is the responsibility of the hirer to contact Mobility Hire and get these measurements.


If a valid VAT Disclaimer is not submitted within 7 days after commencement of the booking, then the VAT will be collected. If a valid VAT Disclaimer is then submitted and a VAT refund authorised, then a £5.00 administration charge will be made to cover time and costs for refunding the VAT


Please note that on the long term rental pricing the first payment is always plus delivery and collection (Please see button ‘Delivery Costs’ above to work out this cost or call the office for a quote).

NEW PRODUCT – A NEW product is just that, brand new and you will be the first user.

FLEET PRODUCT – Carefully prepared this product will have been used, but as we have to service, insure, and repair, then you can benefit from a lesser hire cost. Go for fleet and if you are not happy with the product when it arrives, you can change your rental to a NEW one


TRAVELLING ABROAD: Please note if you are taking any of our hire equipment outside of the country, please be aware that while we are here and very happy to provide you with full telephone or email support, we are unable to provide engineer visits or provision of parts until you are back in the UK.

Engineered Delivery

When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for.  Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234.  Our delivery procedure is detailed below.

Our Engineered Delivery Procedure

Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you.  We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.  The office will ring you the working day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.

  • Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.
  • You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
  • Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us give us a call to book this in.
  • One of our drivers will arrive on the pre-arranged day to collect the equipment from you and return it back to us.

Ending Your Rental

You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone on 0800 111 6234 or filling in our contact us form.  The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection.  Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the working day before collection.

If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.

Collecting In-Store

If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.
Please note:  if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:

A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions  

Utility Bills

Bank Statements
