1st payment is due prior to delivery and covers 3 months rental. Ongoing monthly rental payments will then begin 1 month from the date of delivery and then monthly thereafter. If preferable payments can be done 4 weekly rather than calendar monthly.
All long term rental costs are plus delivery & collection.
(Contract is for a minimum of 6 months with 1 months’ notice of cancellation required to end the long term rental).

The Permobil X850 is a fantastic addition to our range of rental off road mobility scooters. This 8mph mobility scooter is driven by the easy-to-use joystick controls. Featuring a variable length chassis that can be extended in and out from the joystick.
This is great for extending the footprint when travelling off road and over uneven terrain for added stability, but you can then make it shorter and more compact when using indoors or in tighter spaces.

This rental off road scooter is designed to tackle a wide variety of different terrains. Including woodland trails, grass, gravel pathways, trips into town, even through the snow! You can experience a true off road adventure when you choose to hire the Permobil X850.
Powered Functions
This vehicle combines impressive off-road performance with the Corpus 3G seating. Meaning you can also have the benefits from powered tilt, recline and seat elevation. There is also powered seat rotation on the X850 to make it easier for you when transferring on and off this scooter.
Safety With Rental Permobil X850 Off Road
Safety is at the forefront of the Permobil X850 especially with its powered extendable wheelbase. Giving enhanced stability when you are travelling faster or over uneven terrain. The tough suspension gives you an improved performance and comfort when you choose to travel off road.
The protective front bumper also comes with lighting as standard to give you increased visibility and vision when travelling in lower light conditions.

Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234. Our delivery procedure is detailed below.
Our Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries. The office will ring you the day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.
Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.
You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us:
A driver will arrive to collect the equipment from you and return it to us.
Ending Your Rental
You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone or filling in our contact us form. The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection. Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the day before collection.
If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.
If your item(s) is dispatched with one of our Mobility Hire drivers, our drivers will deliver the equipment and set it up where possible. This is usually the case with larger pieces of hire equipment.
Collecting In-Store
If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you. Please note: if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:
Passport
Driving Licence
A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
Utility Bills
Bank Statements
Important Information
We are very happy to provide you with product information and specifications over the telephone or via email but unfortunately, we are unable to make any product recommendations for you. This is because we do not know your individual circumstances or your health requirements.
When placing an order, this confirms that you have read and accept these delivery terms and conditions. Please note that at the end of the short term hire, the hire will only conclude 2 working days following notice, allowing us time to collect.
NB. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hired product will fit through all access doorways and entrance points, to be able to complete a successful delivery or collection. Any re-delivery or re-collection attempts that need to be made in the case where a hired product does not fit through doorways or access points will be chargable to the hirer. Product dimensions and specifications are provided on the website, if you require any additional measurements to ensure successful delivery or collection it is the responsibility of the hirer to contact Mobility Hire and get these measurements.
If a valid VAT Disclaimer is not submitted within 7 days after commencement of the booking, then the VAT will be collected. If a valid VAT Disclaimer is then submitted and a VAT refund authorised, then a £5.00 administration charge will be made to cover time and costs for refunding the VAT
Please note that on the long term rental pricing the first payment is always plus delivery and collection (Please see button ‘Delivery Costs’ above to work out this cost or call the office for a quote).
NEW PRODUCT – A NEW product is just that, brand new and you will be the first user.
FLEET PRODUCT – Carefully prepared this product will have been used, but as we have to service, insure, and repair, then you can benefit from a lesser hire cost. Go for fleet and if you are not happy with the product when it arrives, you can change your rental to a NEW one
TRAVELLING ABROAD: Please note if you are taking any of our hire equipment outside of the country, please be aware that while we are here and very happy to provide you with full telephone or email support, we are unable to provide engineer visits or provision of parts until you are back in the UK.
