Dynamic Turning Mattress: Optimal comfort in any care environment
The Heritage Dynamic Turning Pressure Care Mattress provides very high therapy for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers in any care environment. This pressure care mattress is made of 8” cells and provides dual therapy modes. These are Static, Turning and Dynamic. Specific static zones in the mattress provide stability and support, such as the static head cells and the lower leg zone.
The Heritage Dynamic Turning Mattress combines a very high-risk dynamic mattress with at 30° lateral turn function
Manually turning patients can often feel intrusive and may interrupt sleep, leading to discomfort and poor rest. However, the Heritage helps reduce these disruptions with left, right or full turning options of up to 30°. As a result, carers can reposition patients more smoothly and comfortably throughout the night.
In addition, the assisted turning function supports both manual and automated turning, which helps make daily care routines easier and more comfortable for both the carer and the patient. Furthermore, the turn assist feature allows carers to carry out many tasks independently, making single-handed care much more achievable. Because of this, there is often less need for a second carer during repositioning and support tasks.
Auto-detection features
The mattress’ auto-detection feature allows patient weight and position to be automatically realised and pressure set. This then makes sure your patient is at a maximum level of comfort whenever they use the mattress. With a maximum user weight of 40 stone, it is suitable for larger or heavier users as well.
Skin heat and moisture reduced
This air mattress significantly reduces heat and moisture build-up thanks to its low air loss, or LAL, technology. During each cycle, the system releases up to 100 litres of air beneath the cover, which helps ventilate and cool the skin for improved climate control. As a result, users can enjoy greater comfort throughout the day and night.
In addition, the alternating air system helps support effective pressure care while also promoting a healthier sleeping environment. Furthermore, the 30° turn function makes repositioning easier for carers and more comfortable for patients. Altogether, this pressure care mattress combines comfort, safety and practical support in one effective solution.
