Powered pillow lifter; Independent Repositioning in Bed
This powered pillow lifter is designed to allow users to be moved into a sitting or raised position in bed without causing any stress or strain. It can give users independence to reposition themselves in bed with out extra assistance. It is electrically operated with a simple to use hand control featuring 2 buttons to allow precise positioning.
Quick & Easy to Install
This rental pillow lifter is easy to install and sits on top of the mattress. It can be used on a variety of bed sizes and its smooth quiet action means you won’t disturb the other person in the bed with you. It has a breathable, waterproof, flame retardant mattress to give you added comfort when being used. Sitting up can allow easier eating, drinking, watching tv, reading, or other social interactions while still remining in the bed.
Robust Lifter For User Up To 40st
This powered pillow lifter is extremely robust and has been tested for users up to a maximum of 40st (255kg). It also features a maximum lift angle of up to 85 degrees, and has an emergency battery backup which allows it to still operation in case of a power failure. This product allows you to sit up in bed when you need it most.

Courier Delivery
When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for. Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234.
Courier Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.
Courier items ordered before 3pm will be available for next working day delivery. Your item(s) will arrive in a custom-made box, which must be kept in order for the equipment to be returned to us.
With an independent courier service Horizon Mobility Ltd [HML] cannot be held responsible for timing on this delivery. HML will make every effort to ensure that the courier resolves their problem as soon as is possible to ensure they complete the service in a full and timely fashion
What to Do When Your Delivery Arrives
After your delivery has been made you will simply need to:
- Remove the packaging (remember to keep this)
- Remove your equipment from its box
- Put your mobility equipment together, if needed, using the instructions provided
- Your equipment is now ready to use
- If anything is unclear, please give one of our team a call on 0800 111 6234 and they will be happy to walk you through the process
You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us:
- Dismantle the equipment
- Place it back in its packaging
- Call our office and we can book in a day for the courier to collect from you
- A driver will arrive to collect the equipment from you and return it to us
Ending Your Rental
You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone or filling in our contact us form. The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection. Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the day before collection.
If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.
Collecting In-Store
If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.
Please note: if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:
Passport
Driving Licence
A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
Utility Bills
Bank Statements
