Rota Pro Rotating Chair Bed with Stand Assist
A new addition to our mobility equipment hire range is the Rota Pro rotating chair bed with stand assist. This stand assist and rotating chair bed helps you get in and out of bed more easily. It is an electrically operated profiling homecare bed and includes all the usual profiling functions. On top of those profiling functions it also has the rotating sit to stand function to help you up to standing from the bed. This is a great choice of bed if you are able to weight bare but struggle to transfer out of bed unaided. This rental rotating bed allows you your mobility and can help to restore your independence.
This chair bed offers all the functions you would expect to see from a traditional profiling care bed. It has electrically operated adjustable height from 40cm to 83cm, backrest, leg rest and knee break to ensure maximum comfort. It then has a unique set of functions that allow the bed to rotate in to a chair like seated position to help you transfer between standing and sitting. The rotating function on this excellent hire bed can be set up so you can transfer from either the left or right-hand side.
Compared to other transfer methods for getting in and out of bed, such as using patient hoists or care assistance, the Rota-Pro bed offers you a simple, comfortable and dignified alternative. The bed comes with a profiled pressure reducing mattress and foot block as standard. These have a waterproof, 4-way stretch, vapour permeable cover to ensure your comfort and ease of cleaning. It also features stainless steel hand rails on either side of the mattress to support and assist you when using this chair bed.
Powder-coated steel gives this bed durability and makes it easy to clean. It then has an attractive beech timber bed frame with full length wooden safety sides. Making this bed an excellent choice for home care, nursing and residential environments.
