During this extremely difficult time for many across the country and the world, we are proud to be supporting the NHS in this global fight against COVID-19.
We remain committed to supplying medical equipment in to the places where it is needed most, including NHS sites, care facilities and into the community where people are being cared for and looked after at home.
We are working with various Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) to ensure they are supported and getting the right equipment, like hospital beds, care chairs, moving and handling aids, into the locations nationwide where they need it. Offering urgent same day and next day deliveries through out the week and weekends.
Everything is being done to ensure that our service remains unaffected for all our customers, not only healthcare providers. From having additional stock on order with our suppliers to recruiting new members of staff to cover the additional work loads.
All our teams have adapted remarkably to the constantly changing situation over the past few weeks, and we are incredibly proud of our staff for how they have handled this. It’s at difficult times like this that you get to see how great the team around you really is.
Through out all of these changes the health and safety of all our staff and customers continues to be of paramount importance to us. Stringent hygiene and safety measures have been taken internally to safe guard our employees and their families, and we continue to closely monitor and follow all government guidelines.
We will continue to do all we can to ensure that no one goes without the medical equipment they need during this unprecedented situation. Tackling COVID-19 is a worldwide effort and we are ready to play our part.
