Rotastand Standing Aid; Locomotor Rotastand

The Rotastand Standing Aid is a portable mobility aid designed to help you move from one seated position to another.  A height adjustable frame and shin pad suits a variety of users.

The Rotastand weight limit of 31.5 stone, making it suitable for a variety of users.  This stand aid reduces the need to ‘hold’ a user whilst transferring whilst encouraging an independent transfer.  The patient can pull themselves up to a standing position with their feet on the foot plate.  The standing aid can then be rotated as necessary.

Rotastand Standing Aid Is Compact and Transportable

The Rotastand folds down easily and, at just 10kg, offers excellent portability. As a result, it works particularly well for community assessments or for people who want greater independence when travelling to visit friends and relatives.

In addition, the innovative rear mid-wheel design lets carers bring the Rotastand closer to the user, even while their feet remain on the footplate. This feature makes patient transfers simpler and more efficient. Furthermore, the stabilising bar gives added support and stability while the patient is standing.

Castors make this mobility aid easy to move

Centralised wheels mean the sit-stand aid is easy to move.  Its weight also means it is easy to get in and out of vehicles if it needs to be taken elsewhere, whilst its foldability means it’s even more portable.

Engineered Delivery – An engineered delivery includes a fully trained delivery driver delivering your products and will set up/assemble your product along with demonstrating how to use it correctly. Finally, any packaging is taken away so you don’t have to worry about disposal or recycling.
