A tilting Care Chair that provides good support whilst sitting for long periods.

This Cabaret Care Chair is excellent in regards to users with more complex needs, whilst being resident and nurse friendly. The category 4 care chair provides maximum support whilst sitting down for long periods of time with a variety of different functions. The chair has a width range from 16”-22” and can hold up to the maximum weight capacity of 25 stone/ 158kg.
The chair offers a powered choice which takes any stress off of the user/ carer, with its electrical operation system. This chair can be ordered in both manual and powered.

A chair to provide maximum comfort and pressure care surfaces.

A great feature of this chair is the interchangeable memory foam seat and back cushions which can change to which ever layout that would be most suitable to match the user’s needs.
Cabaret offers a range of extras that can be ordered when with this chair for example; profiling head cushions, head support cushions, lateral waterfall cushions etc.
These are suitable for users that need specific positioning requirements.

For the seating itself there are a few options of cushion choice, from gel to air.

At home adjustments when things do need altering.

This chair is great if the user needs anything altering without having to cause too much distress. The tilt and recline functions can be used with a control button which is easy and simple. The leg rest operation (recline and lift) can also be operated by the control buttons.

This chair also offers a back-rest structure for people that may have a curvature of the spine, which are altered using two knobs on the back to match the user’s needs.

If you needed to widen the seat width then altering the arms rests height and weight would allow more range for movement to still be comfortable and secure. Depth and height can also be adjusted.

Battery life and moving ability

For this Care chair there is access to free movement thanks to four castors. These come equipped with rear locking attachments to prevent any movement on standstill.

This chair does come with a rechargeable battery that can be plugged into a 240V socket, can be detached from the charging lead and can withhold up to 50 cycles of operation.

We are very happy to provide you with product information and specifications over the telephone or via email but unfortunately, we are unable to make any product recommendations for you. This is because we do not know your individual circumstances or your health requirements.

When placing an order, this confirms that you have read and accept these delivery terms and conditions. Please note that at the end of the short term hire, the hire will only conclude 2 working days following notice, allowing us time to collect.

NB. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hired product will fit through all access doorways and entrance points, to be able to complete a successful delivery or collection. Any re-delivery or re-collection attempts that need to be made in the case where a hired product does not fit through doorways or access points will be chargable to the hirer. Product dimensions and specifications are provided on the website, if you require any additional measurements to ensure successful delivery or collection it is the responsibility of the hirer to contact Mobility Hire and get these measurements.


If a valid VAT Disclaimer is not submitted within 7 days after commencement of the booking, then the VAT will be collected. If a valid VAT Disclaimer is then submitted and a VAT refund authorised, then a £5.00 administration charge will be made to cover time and costs for refunding the VAT


Please note that on the long term rental pricing the first payment is always plus delivery and collection (Please see button ‘Delivery Costs’ above to work out this cost or call the office for a quote).

NEW PRODUCT – A NEW product is just that, brand new and you will be the first user.

FLEET PRODUCT – Carefully prepared this product will have been used, but as we have to service, insure, and repair, then you can benefit from a lesser hire cost. Go for fleet and if you are not happy with the product when it arrives, you can change your rental to a NEW one


TRAVELLING ABROAD: Please note if you are taking any of our hire equipment outside of the country, please be aware that while we are here and very happy to provide you with full telephone or email support, we are unable to provide engineer visits or provision of parts until you are back in the UK.

Engineered Delivery

When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for.  Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234.  Our delivery procedure is detailed below.

Our Delivery Procedure

Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you.  We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.  The office will ring you the working day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.

  • Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.
  • You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
  • Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us give us a call to book this in.
  • One of our drivers will arrive on the pre-arranged day to collect the equipment from you and return it back to us.

Ending Your Rental

You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone on 0800 111 6234 or filling in our contact us form.  The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection.  Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the working day before collection.

If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.

Collecting In-Store

If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.
Please note:  if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:

Passport

Driving Licence

A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions  

Utility Bills

Bank Statements
