This Basic Homecare Bed has wooden side rails
The optional wooden side rails make this bed a flexible choice for residential settings looking for something on a budget. The four-section mattress platform can be adjusted in height, as well as in position to ensure the user has maximum comfort and support. The optimised length of the mattress platform section offers the user increased comfort when sitting up in bed.
Adjustable height offering range of safe working heights
The adjustable height from 40-80cm of the mattress platform allows carers a range of safe working heights depending on their size and the duties they are carrying out.ย It also allows for a range of transfer heights for the client if the so require.ย The bed end allows the mattress to be mounted in both lower and upper positions, again allowing for an easy transfer for the client.

Engineered Delivery
When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for.ย Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234.ย Our delivery procedure is detailed below.ย ย
Our Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you.ย We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.ย The office will ring you the working day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.
- Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.ย
- You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
- Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us give us a call to book this in.
- One of our drivers will arrive on the pre-arranged day to collect the equipment from you and return it back to us.
Ending Your Rental
You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone on 0800 111 6234 or filling in our contact us form.ย The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection.ย Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the working day before collection.ย
If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.
Collecting In-Store
If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.ย
Please note:ย if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:
Passport
Driving Licence
A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions ย
Utility Bills
Bank Statements
