A bath lift to hire offering safety and reassurance when bathing
The Aquatec OrcaNG bath lifter has been designed to allow for easy, comfortable bathing for people who have difficulty and require some extra help with getting in and out of the bath. Its sturdy textured seating platform allows you to simply sit down and lower yourself in to your warm, relaxing bath plus it incorporates increased leg room. Once you have finished bathing the Orca bath lift raises you back up to the edge of the bath for safe transfer back to your feet. The hinged side flaps are flush with the main seat surface to ensure a safe comfortable transfer without trapping your skin.

This rental mobility aid has a reclining backrest of up to 40o to allow you to find a comfortable, supported position when bathing. The Aquatec Orca bath lift features an ergonomic hand control with coloured buttons and emergency stop feature to allow for simple, controlled operation even for those with dexterity issues. It also has an impressive maximum user capacity of up to 140kg (22st) as standard.
A rental bath lift offering transport and storage solutions
Transportation and storage are made simple with this bath lift thanks to its folding backrest – when pushed forward the backrest folds down and automatically unlocks. The backrest and base parts can easily be removed from your bath and they fit neatly together into a compact size.
This bath lift is available with a transport bag and belt as additional extras. This means you can easily transport your bathing aid to wherever you need it. Please see “accessories” for the costs of these items.

For fleet purchase products we offer a three-month warranty. Powered products come with new batteries.
For new purchase products we offer one years’ warranty.

If you would like to purchase the item that you have on hire you may also be able to benefit from an additional fleet discount of up to 20%.

Courier Delivery
When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for. Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234.
Courier Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.
Courier items ordered before 3pm will be available for next working day delivery. Your item(s) will arrive in a custom-made box, which must be kept in order for the equipment to be returned to us.
With an independent courier service Horizon Mobility Ltd [HML] cannot be held responsible for timing on this delivery. HML will make every effort to ensure that the courier resolves their problem as soon as is possible to ensure they complete the service in a full and timely fashion
What to Do When Your Delivery Arrives
After your delivery has been made you will simply need to:
- Remove the packaging (remember to keep this)
- Remove your equipment from its box
- Put your mobility equipment together, if needed, using the instructions provided
- Your equipment is now ready to use
- If anything is unclear, please give one of our team a call on 0800 111 6234 and they will be happy to walk you through the process
You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us:
- Dismantle the equipment
- Place it back in its packaging
- Call our office and we can book in a day for the courier to collect from you
- A driver will arrive to collect the equipment from you and return it to us
Ending Your Rental
You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone or filling in our contact us form. The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection. Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the day before collection.
If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.
Collecting In-Store
If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.
Please note: if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:
Passport
Driving Licence
A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
Utility Bills
Bank Statements
