Patient Weighing Scales For Those With Limited Movement

Our latest addition to our range of for-hire patient hoists is the Lifty 6 300kg patient hoist with weighing scales. It suits people with limited mobility who need weighing before taking medication or ahead of an operation. The scales measure accurately to the nearest 100g, which makes them ideal for detailed weighing.

With integrated homecare scales, this hoist works well in hospitals and rehabilitation centres. It also suits home use when needed.

300kg Patient Hoist:  A High Weight Capacity For Larger or Heavier Users

The 300kg (47.2 stone) weight capacity for this model of hoist makes it suitable for use by larger or heavier users.  This for-hire patient hoist can also be moved easily from room to room thanks to the four castor wheels.  Buying a patient hoist with bariatric homecare weighing scales could make a huge difference to your patient wellbeing. This is due to the increased weight capacity.

300kg Patient Hoist With Scales:  A Sling For Larger Users

Weighing in a sling provides you with an easy way to weigh a less mobile patient.  We provide bariatric sized slings for larger users which can be purchased as an additional accessory with the  hoist.  This bariatric patient hoist also comes with electric functionality, such as leg spreading and emergency stop.  This ensures ease of use for the attendant or nurse as well as comfort for the user themselves.

A Hoist With Homecare Bariatric Weighing Scales

This patient hoist is suitable for use by larger users, and comes with homecare weighing scales to allow for those with little or no movement to be weighed safely and securely.  It can be moved easily from room to room. Again, this ensures patient safety and is easy to operate thanks to the large operating handle.  Buy yours today.

Condition of products to purchase

Our products that are available to purchase come in two categories:

New – Product is brand new and never been used.

Types of Delivery

Two delivery options are available for products purchased from us:

Standard Delivery – Your order will arrive with one of our delivery drivers between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), approximately 5-7 days after the order has been placed. You will be contacted by the office the day before your delivery is due to arrive with confirmation of a time slot.

It is important to note that with this type of delivery it is a “kerbside” delivery which means that the driver will unload your item(s) from the van but will not take the item into the property or set up the item. Some of the items can be very heavy and you may need to arrange assistance with moving and setting up the equipment once it has been delivered.

Our standard delivery service only applies to England and Wales. Areas outside of this may be available but would need to be discussed with our customer service team on 0800 111 6234 who will be able to provide a quote for this service.

Engineered Delivery – An engineered delivery includes a fully trained delivery driver delivering your products and will set up/assemble your product along with demonstrating how to use it correctly. Finally, any packaging is taken away so you don’t have to worry about disposal or recycling.

Our engineered delivery service only applies to England and Wales. Areas outside of this maybe available but would need to be discussed with our customer service team on 0800 111 6234 who will be able to provide a quote for this service.

Costs

There are two different costs associated with these types of deliveries:

Standard Delivery – Is free on all purchases above £40

Engineered Delivery – This cost is calculated based on the first part of the delivery postcode. By adding your chosen product to the basket at the beginning of the checkout process you will be able to access delivery cost and the delivery options that are available to you. There are set “standard” delivery days depending on your postcode, if these days are not convenient you have the option to select “other” day for delivery this includes same day, next day and weekend options. These are charged at a different rate to the standard delivery days.

Collection

We also offer collection from our premises if you would prefer. Collection is free of charge, but it does need to be arranged with our customer service team beforehand. Collection is available Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm (excluding bank holidays). Call our customer service team on 0800 111 6234 to arrange your collection slot.

Why buy a patient hoist with integrated weighing scales instead of separate weighing equipment?

A patient hoist with integrated weighing scales provides a safer and more convenient way to monitor weight for people with reduced mobility. Buying a patient hoist with weighing scales can be a worthwhile investment for people who require regular transfers and ongoing weight monitoring. The Lifty 6 combines a high-capacity patient hoist with integrated weighing technology, reducing the need for separate equipment and providing a long-term solution for homecare and professional use.
