Invacare ISA XPlus standing aid (200kg); Care for Larger Taller People

The Invacare ISA XPlus standing aid (200kg) has been specially designed to help you with getting up to standing or sitting back down. It provides you with the best lifting experience for both the user and the carer. It has a safe working load of up to 200kg and a user height range of 1400-2000mm, so can accommodate a larger taller person if needed.

Hire Standing Aid

This standing aid is a great product for those who still want to be independent but need a little assistance when standing up or sitting down. To make life as easy as possible the design of this stand aid has been carefully thought out:

  • It has ergonomic hand grips to fit the natural shape of your hand and position of the wrist.
  • The extendable lifting arm can be set to different length to suit different body heights.
  • Lower leg support has 6 different height settings to fit different lower leg dimensions. It is padded for extra comfort, plus it is easy to wash and replace.
  • Curved legs provide an ergonomic shape for ease of movement and manoeuvring around chairs & toilet bases etc.
  • The footplate can be set to 3 different heights to suit different users. It also comes with a removable heel block, is made from anti-slip material and has a convenient rounded shape.
  • Easy flexible hook design means you can attach a sling quickly and securely.

Help With Sitting to Standing

Ease of use is incredibly important for family members and carers using this standing aid, so Invacare has designed the ISA with that in mind. Another useful feature is that you can dismantle the standing aid without tools, making transportation easier when needed. Please always check the equipment dimensions to make sure it is compatible with your vehicle.

Short or long term hire is a great option whether you are using this equipment in your home, at a hospital or a care environment. Stress free and hassle free rental means you can have the equipment for how long you need it and we just ask for 2 working days notice to return equipment when on short term rental.

Important Information

We are very happy to provide you with product information and specifications over the telephone or via email but unfortunately, we are unable to make any product recommendations for you. This is because we do not know your individual circumstances or your health requirements.

When placing an order, this confirms that you have read and accept these delivery terms and conditions. Please note that at the end of the short term hire, the hire will only conclude 2 working days following notice, allowing us time to collect.

NB. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hired product will fit through all access doorways and entrance points, to be able to complete a successful delivery or collection. Any re-delivery or re-collection attempts that need to be made in the case where a hired product does not fit through doorways or access points will be chargable to the hirer. Product dimensions and specifications are provided on the website, if you require any additional measurements to ensure successful delivery or collection it is the responsibility of the hirer to contact Mobility Hire and get these measurements.


If a valid VAT Disclaimer is not submitted within 7 days after commencement of the booking, then the VAT will be collected. If a valid VAT Disclaimer is then submitted and a VAT refund authorised, then a £5.00 administration charge will be made to cover time and costs for refunding the VAT


Please note that on the long term rental pricing the first payment is always plus delivery and collection (Please see button ‘Delivery Costs’ above to work out this cost or call the office for a quote).

NEW PRODUCT – A NEW product is just that, brand new and you will be the first user.

FLEET PRODUCT – Carefully prepared this product will have been used, but as we have to service, insure, and repair, then you can benefit from a lesser hire cost. Go for fleet and if you are not happy with the product when it arrives, you can change your rental to a NEW one


TRAVELLING ABROAD: Please note if you are taking any of our hire equipment outside of the country, please be aware that while we are here and very happy to provide you with full telephone or email support, we are unable to provide engineer visits or provision of parts until you are back in the UK.

Engineered Delivery

When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for.  Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234.  Our delivery procedure is detailed below.

Our Delivery Procedure

Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you.  We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.  The office will ring you the working day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.

  • Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.
  • You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
  • Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us give us a call to book this in.
  • One of our drivers will arrive on the pre-arranged day to collect the equipment from you and return it back to us.

Ending Your Rental

You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone on 0800 111 6234 or filling in our contact us form.  The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection.  Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the working day before collection.

If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.

Collecting In-Store

If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.
Please note:  if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:

A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
