The Heritage II digital dynamic air mattress is a mattress replacement system offering pressure relief for patients up to very high risk in the prevention of, and requiring treatment for, pressure ulcers. It is crucial that patients most at risk of these pressure sores are provided with the correct pressure relief to ensure their comfort and safety, these mattress replacement systems offer a suitable option and can be used in any care environment.
A dynamic air mattress with 2-cell cycle and cell-on-cell design with 2 therapy modes – Alternating & Static
The Heritage II digital is constructed from deep 8” cells with a cell-on-cell design allowing excellent pressure reduction and support for users up to 40st (255kg). The specific zones of the mattress ensure the key comfort and care needs of each patient. The static head cells provide support and stability while the lower leg zone provides lower residual interface pressure in this highly sensitive area. The dynamic therapy is provided in the main body of the mattress with a 2-cell cycle offering two main therapy modes – Alternating and Static.
Peace of mind with a timed static mode and variable timed alternating cycle modes
The Alternating mode has a variable time cycle offering a choice from a standard 10-minute cycle or extended cycles of 15/20/25/30 minutes, this may be desirable as a patient starts to begin rehabilitation. The system also features a Timed Static mode which automatically returns to Alternating mode. This safeguards patients against the risk of pressure damage, with an audible and visual alarm, to ensure real peace of mind. You also have the choice of a constant low-pressure mode and a manual auto-detection which allows for the patient’s weight/position to be automatically detected and the pressure set accordingly.
Cleanliness and hygienic for infection control with soft 2-way stretch, waterproof, vapour permeable PU cover with welded seams and enclosed zips
You can be assured of cleanliness and hygiene thanks to the soft 2-way stretch waterproof, vapour permeable PU cover. The welded seams and enclosed zip protects against fluid ingress in to the mattress ensuring reduced risk of contamination and compliance with infection control standards. The cover not only protects the mattress but it also helps to improve the comfort of the patient and maintains skin integrity by reducing shear and friction forces.

For fleet purchase products we offer a three-month warranty. Powered products come with new batteries.
For new purchase products we offer one years’ warranty.
Fleet Purchase Delivery Information
Standard Delivery – Our standard delivery option is free on all purchase orders over £40, your item(s) will arrive with one of our delivery drivers normally between the hours of 8am-6pm on working weekdays, approximately 5-7days after you have placed your order. The office will contact you the day before delivery by telephone to confirm your delivery slot.
Our standard delivery is a “pavement” delivery, this means the delivery driver will unload it from the van for you but will not take the item in to your property or set up the item. Please be aware that some of these items are heavy and you may need to arrange assistance to move or set up the equipment once delivered to you.
Standard delivery covers England and Wales only, other delivery areas may be available but these will need to be quoted on an individual basis. Please call our dedicated team on 0800 111 6234 to discuss other delivery areas.
Engineered Delivery – An engineered delivery covers for a fully-trained delivery driver to come along to your chosen delivery address and they will assemble/install your product plus demonstrate how to use it correctly. The cost for this service is calculated using the first part of the postcode for the delivery address. If you add your chosen product to your shopping cart and at the beginning of the checkout process you will be able to calculate this cost and see the delivery options available to you. You will have a choice of days for when you would like delivery. Depending on your postcode there are set “standard” delivery days, if these are not convenient then you may also have the option to select an “other” day delivery or collection including next day, same day and weekend options. These are charged at a different rate to the standard delivery days.
Engineered delivery is only available in England and Wales, other delivery areas may be available but these will need to be quoted on an individual basis. Please call our dedicated team on 0800 111 6234 to discuss other delivery areas.
New Purchase Delivery Information
Standard Delivery – Our standard delivery option is free on all purchase orders over £40, your item(s) will arrive boxed with a courier anytime between 8am-6pm on working weekdays, approximately 5-7days after you have placed your order. We will contact you the day before to let you know your item(s) is being shipped for delivery the following working day.
Our standard delivery is a “pavement” delivery, this means the delivery driver will unload it from the van for you but will not take the box in to your property or set up the item. Please be aware that some of these items are heavy and you may need to arrange assistance to move or unpack the box once delivered to you.
Standard delivery is available for UK Mainland, other delivery areas may be available but these will need to be quoted for on an individual basis. Please call out dedicated team on 0800 111 6234 to discuss other delivery areas.
Engineered Delivery – An engineered delivery covers for a fully-trained delivery driver to come along to your chosen deliver address and they will assemble/install your product plus demonstrate how to use it correctly. They will also remove any unnecessary packaging for disposal or recycling.
The cost for this service is calculated using the first part of the postcode for the delivery address. If you add your chosen product to your shopping cart and at the beginning of the checkout process you will be able to calculate this cost and see the delivery options available to you. You will have a choice of days for when you would like delivery. Depending on your postcode there are set “standard” delivery days, if these are not convenient then you may also have the option to select an “other” day delivery or collection including next day, same day and weekend options. These are charged at a different rate to the standard delivery days.

Condition of products to purchase
Our products that are available to purchase come in two categories:
New – Product is brand new and never been used.
Fleet – Product has been used but has been serviced and is in good condition. By choosing a Fleet product for your purchase you will benefit from a reduced purchase price.
Types of Delivery
Two delivery options are available for products purchased from us:
Standard Delivery – Your order will arrive with one of our delivery drivers between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), approximately 5-7 days after the order has been placed. You will be contacted by the office the day before your delivery is due to arrive with confirmation of a time slot.
It is important to note that with this type of delivery it is a “kerbside” delivery which means that the driver will unload your item(s) from the van but will not take the item into the property or set up the item. Some of the items can be very heavy and you may need to arrange assistance with moving and setting up the equipment once it has been delivered.
Our standard delivery service only applies to England and Wales. Areas outside of this may be available but would need to be discussed with our customer service team on 0800 111 6234 who will be able to provide a quote for this service.
Engineered Delivery – An engineered delivery includes a fully trained delivery driver delivering your products and will set up/assemble your product along with demonstrating how to use it correctly. Finally, any packaging is taken away so you don’t have to worry about disposal or recycling.
Our engineered delivery service only applies to England and Wales. Areas outside of this maybe available but would need to be discussed with our customer service team on 0800 111 6234 who will be able to provide a quote for this service.
Costs
There are two different costs associated with these types of deliveries:
Standard Delivery – Is free on all purchases above £40
Engineered Delivery – This cost is calculated based on the first part of the delivery postcode. By adding your chosen product to the basket at the beginning of the checkout process you will be able to access delivery cost and the delivery options that are available to you. There are set “standard” delivery days depending on your postcode, if these days are not convenient you have the option to select “other” day for delivery this includes same day, next day and weekend options. These are charged at a different rate to the standard delivery days.
Collection
We also offer collection from our premises if you would prefer. Collection is free of charge, but it does need to be arranged with our customer service team beforehand. Collection is available Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm (excluding bank holidays). Call our customer service team on 0800 111 6234 to arrange your collection slot.
If you decide to go ahead with collection, you will need to bring along two forms of I.D. We accept any of the following:
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
VAT Disclaimer
If you are eligible to not pay VAT on your purchased item(s) we require a valid VAT Disclaimer form to be submitted within 7 days of your purchase, other the VAT will be charged for your order. If we then receive a valid VAT Disclaimer form and a VAT refund is authorised a £5 administration charge will be deducted to cover the time and cost for refunding the VAT.
Warranty
For new purchases we offer one years’ warranty
For fleet purchases we offer a three – month warranty. All powered fleet products are supplied with new batteries.
