Electric Lift and Tilt shower commode chair
The Electric Lift and Tilt Shower Commode Chair brings a new level of convenience to personal care. You can electrically adjust the seat height between 50cm and 105cm (500mm–1050mm) at the touch of a button.
You can also electrically tilt the seat forwards and backwards, with a tilt range of -5° to 35°. As a result, carers can quickly achieve the most suitable position without manually adjusting the chair.
With a maximum user weight capacity of 23 stone, the chair comfortably accommodates larger users. Its robust design maintains stability across the full height and tilt range, helping to provide confidence and security during use.
Because the chair is fully powered, carers can carry out personal care tasks more efficiently while reducing the physical demands of repositioning and adjusting the user. This makes it an excellent choice for care homes, nursing environments, and use around the home.
Simple controls make this electric lift and tilt shower chair easy to use
Clearly laid out controls allow for simple adjustments to be made without difficulty. The detachable battery pack can be easily recharged, and all electrical components are sealed. Ideal for use in the shower. The standard version is fitted with castors, making it easily transportable and an excellent choice for using in the shower or bathroom.
Seated electronic components make for ideal use in the shower. Five-inch castor wheels make moving this shower chair around the bathroom easy.
Additional Extras Available
In addition to its standard features, the Lift-and-Tilt Shower Commode Chair can be customised with a wide range of optional accessories. For example, you can retrofit the chair with extra-large armrests to provide additional support and comfort. Furthermore, head and neck rests, safety belts, and soft backrest cushions are all available to help create a more tailored seating solution.
Likewise, if additional lower limb support is required, you can add padded calf supports or amputee supports. Similarly, lateral supports are available to help promote safer positioning and improved postural stability. As a result, the chair can accommodate a wider range of users, including young adults and smaller individuals.
Additionally, a solid backrest offers an excellent option for users who spend longer periods in the shower and require enhanced support. Not only does it provide an ergonomic seating position, but it also features an easy-to-clean design, making everyday maintenance simpler.
Finally, you can also choose a soft seat to further improve comfort. Depending on the user’s needs, this is available either with or without a keyhole cut-out, allowing you to create a setup that best suits individual care requirements.

Engineered / Courier Delivery
When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for. Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234. Our delivery procedure is detailed below.
Our Engineered Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries. The office will ring you the working day before to confirm your estimated delivery time.
- Your item or items will arrive with one of our trained delivery drivers who will set up your equipment for you and show you how it works.
- You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
- Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us give us a call to book this in.
- One of our drivers will arrive on the pre-arranged day to collect the equipment from you and return it back to us.
Our Courier Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.
Courier items ordered before 3pm will be available for next working day delivery. Your item(s) will arrive in a custom-made box, which must be kept in order for the equipment to be returned to us.
With an independent courier service Horizon Mobility Ltd [HML] cannot be held responsible for timing on this delivery. HML will make every effort to ensure that the courier resolves their problem as soon as is possible to ensure they complete the service in a full and timely fashion.
What to Do When Your Courier Delivery Arrives
After your delivery has been made you will simply need to:
- Remove the packaging (remember to keep this)
- Remove your equipment from its box
- Put your mobility equipment together, if needed, using the instructions provided
- Your equipment is now ready to use
- If anything is unclear, please give one of our team a call on 0800 111 6234 and they will be happy to walk you through the process
You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us:
- Dismantle the equipment
- Place it back in its packaging
- Call our office and we can book in a day for the courier to collect from you
- A driver will arrive to collect the equipment from you and return it to us
Ending Your Rental
You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone on 0800 111 6234 or filling in our contact us form. The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection. Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the working day before collection.
If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.
Collecting In-Store
If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.
Please note: if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:
Passport
Driving Licence
A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
Utility Bills
Bank Statements
Condition of products to purchase
Our products that are available to purchase come in two categories:
New – Product is brand new and never been used.
Fleet – Product has been used but has been serviced and is in good condition. By choosing a Fleet product for your purchase you will benefit from a reduced purchase price.
Types of Delivery
Two delivery options are available for products purchased from us:
Standard Delivery – Your order will arrive with one of our delivery drivers between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), approximately 5-7 days after the order has been placed. You will be contacted by the office the day before your delivery is due to arrive with confirmation of a time slot.
It is important to note that with this type of delivery it is a “kerbside” delivery which means that the driver will unload your item(s) from the van but will not take the item into the property or set up the item. Some of the items can be very heavy and you may need to arrange assistance with moving and setting up the equipment once it has been delivered.
Our standard delivery service only applies to England and Wales. Areas outside of this may be available but would need to be discussed with our customer service team on 0800 111 6234 who will be able to provide a quote for this service.
Engineered Delivery – An engineered delivery includes a fully trained delivery driver delivering your products and will set up/assemble your product along with demonstrating how to use it correctly. Finally, any packaging is taken away so you don’t have to worry about disposal or recycling.
Our engineered delivery service only applies to England and Wales. Areas outside of this maybe available but would need to be discussed with our customer service team on 0800 111 6234 who will be able to provide a quote for this service.
Costs
There are two different costs associated with these types of deliveries:
Standard Delivery – Is free on all purchases above £40
Engineered Delivery – This cost is calculated based on the first part of the delivery postcode. By adding your chosen product to the basket at the beginning of the checkout process you will be able to access delivery cost and the delivery options that are available to you. There are set “standard” delivery days depending on your postcode, if these days are not convenient you have the option to select “other” day for delivery this includes same day, next day and weekend options. These are charged at a different rate to the standard delivery days.
Collection
We also offer collection from our premises if you would prefer. Collection is free of charge, but it does need to be arranged with our customer service team beforehand. Collection is available Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm (excluding bank holidays). Call our customer service team on 0800 111 6234 to arrange your collection slot.
If you decide to go ahead with collection, you will need to bring along two forms of I.D. We accept any of the following:
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
VAT Disclaimer
If you are eligible to not pay VAT on your purchased item(s) we require a valid VAT Disclaimer form to be submitted within 7 days of your purchase, other the VAT will be charged for your order. If we then receive a valid VAT Disclaimer form and a VAT refund is authorised a £5 administration charge will be deducted to cover the time and cost for refunding the VAT.

For new purchases we offer one years’ warranty
For fleet purchases we offer a three – month warranty. All powered fleet products are supplied with new batteries.
