The Diversi-Foam Bariatric hybrid mattress is a 4ft mattress replacement system combining static and dynamic alternating mattress technology featuring foam within the air cells. The design of this mattress provides highly effective care and protection against pressure ulcers for patients up to High Risk when in static mode and Very High Risk when in dynamic mode.
Hybrid mattress with foam encased within air cells
Whereas the body cells and narrow calf / heel cells feature the foam encased within air cells. This offers added stability to the mattress allowing for static operation to take place, this is an especially useful feature during patient transfers, medical procedures and when cleaning. Cut outs within the side walls of this mattress allow for it to be used on profiling beds without encountering problems.
Safety & hygiene assured with waterproof, vapour permeable cover
This 4ft bariatric hybrid dynamic air mattress has a 2-way stretch, waterproof and vapour permeable PU cover with high frequency welded seams. This helps to improve the comfort of the patient and maintains the skin integrity by reducing shear and friction forces, while also aiding infection control. The integral covered air pipe and full-length concealed zip prevent fluid ingress and contamination of the foam core, thus aiding in complying with infection control standards.

The digital pump on this bariatric hybrid mattress helps to ensure a high quality of care to the patients thanks to its intuitive control panel which is easy to operate and requires minimal training to use. This mattress replacement system is quiet and offers flexibility to manage an individual’s requirements without compromising on comfort. Its constant low-pressure feature allows for the cells to be set to a non-alternating mode which is useful for those who cannot tolerate a constantly alternating surface.

Fleet Purchase Delivery Information
Standard Delivery – Our standard delivery option is free on all purchase orders over £40, your item(s) will arrive with one of our delivery drivers normally between the hours of 8am-6pm on working weekdays, approximately 5-7days after you have placed your order. The office will contact you the day before delivery by telephone to confirm your delivery slot.
Our standard delivery is a “pavement” delivery, this means the delivery driver will unload it from the van for you but will not take the item in to your property or set up the item. Please be aware that some of these items are heavy and you may need to arrange assistance to move or set up the equipment once delivered to you.
Standard delivery covers England and Wales only, other delivery areas may be available but these will need to be quoted on an individual basis. Please call our dedicated team on 0800 111 6234 to discuss other delivery areas.
Engineered Delivery – An engineered delivery covers for a fully-trained delivery driver to come along to your chosen delivery address and they will assemble/install your product plus demonstrate how to use it correctly. The cost for this service is calculated using the first part of the postcode for the delivery address. If you add your chosen product to your shopping cart and at the beginning of the checkout process you will be able to calculate this cost and see the delivery options available to you. You will have a choice of days for when you would like delivery. Depending on your postcode there are set “standard” delivery days, if these are not convenient then you may also have the option to select an “other” day delivery or collection including next day, same day and weekend options. These are charged at a different rate to the standard delivery days.

New Purchase Delivery Information
Standard Delivery – Our standard delivery option is free on all purchase orders over £40, your item(s) will arrive boxed with a courier anytime between 8am-6pm on working weekdays, approximately 5-7days after you have placed your order. We will contact you the day before to let you know your item(s) is being shipped for delivery the following working day.
Our standard delivery is a “pavement” delivery, this means the delivery driver will unload it from the van for you but will not take the box in to your property or set up the item. Please be aware that some of these items are heavy and you may need to arrange assistance to move or unpack the box once delivered to you.
