Bath Board (purchase); Easier & Safet Bathing
Bath board (purchase) are assistive bathroom aids designed to make bathing easier and safer for you if you have mobility or balance issues. A bath board provides a stable and comfortable platform to allow you to sit on while taking a bath or shower. They are particularly useful for when you have difficulties standing for extended periods of time in the shower or getting in and out of the bath.
Adjustable Bath Bench
This bath bench is adjustable in width to be able to fit to the width of your bathtub. It also has rubber pads for enhanced safety and protection against scratches. This bath seat features a slip resistant seat surface, drainage holes and grab bar so you can be assured of your safety. It also has an integrated soap dish so you don’t lose it in the tub!
Bath Board (Purchase); Quick & Easy to Fit
Our bath boards are suitable for users up to 150kg (23.5 stone). They are easy to clean & keep hygienic plus they can be quickly fitted without the need for any tools. If you have limited mobility using a bath board can help to increase your independence in comfort and allowing you to relax.
Delivered To Your Door
This item can be delivered to your door using our courier service, the same courier will then come back when you have finished and collect it once back in its box.

Courier Delivery
When you rent from us, we take payment on a weekly or monthly basis depending on how long you require the equipment for. Payments will be taken from the debit or credit card you used at the point of booking until you arrange collection. If you would like to change the card at any time please give the team a call on 0800 111 6234.
Courier Delivery Procedure
Each of our hire products come with a choice of delivery and collection options to suit you. We provide same day delivery, next day delivery and even weekend deliveries.
Courier items ordered before 3pm will be available for next working day delivery. Your item(s) will arrive in a custom-made box, which must be kept in order for the equipment to be returned to us.
With an independent courier service Horizon Mobility Ltd [HML] cannot be held responsible for timing on this delivery. HML will make every effort to ensure that the courier resolves their problem as soon as is possible to ensure they complete the service in a full and timely fashion
What to Do When Your Delivery Arrives
After your delivery has been made you will simply need to:
- Remove the packaging (remember to keep this)
- Remove your equipment from its box
- Put your mobility equipment together, if needed, using the instructions provided
- Your equipment is now ready to use
- If anything is unclear, please give one of our team a call on 0800 111 6234 and they will be happy to walk you through the process
You can then use your equipment for as long as you require.
Once the time comes for you to return the rental equipment to us:
- Dismantle the equipment
- Place it back in its packaging
- Call our office and we can book in a day for the courier to collect from you
- A driver will arrive to collect the equipment from you and return it to us
Ending Your Rental
You can end your rental at any time by contacting a member of our team by telephone or filling in our contact us form. The hire will conclude 2 working days following notice to allow time for collection. Our office will ring you to confirm the collection time the day before collection.
If you would like the rental equipment collected from a different address to the delivery address this is not a problem. You can select your different collection address when booking online or you can give our team a call who will be happy to take the different collection address from you.
Collecting In-Store
If you decide to collect your equipment from our store, you will need to phone the office to book a collection slot which is quick, easy and convenient for you.
Please note: if you decide to collect from our showroom, you will need to bring two forms of I.D from the following list:
Passport
Driving Licence
A letter from the Department of Work and Pensions
Utility Bills
Bank Statements
